My personal and honest reasons for quitting pornography and masturbation.

  1. 1. Mind waste : Pornography is a drug. A dangerous drug that has the ability to destroy your brain. It has completely changed my brain structure and rewired it to get aroused only by the girl on the screen and not in real life no matter how attractive I find her. And that's fucked up.

    2. Brain fog : This one is huge for me. I hate having concentration problems. I can't believe it has happened to me. Fuck you, porn.

    3. Self esteem issues : When I watch a guy uglier than me having sex with a beautiful girl I start to compare it with my life even though I know that's fake.

    4. Life-force energy waste : Semen is my life-force energy and when retained it can take me to unbelievable heights. When I waste it on pixels it leaves me capable only of sleeping, eating, being lazy and wasting my time.

    5. Main reason for failure for 7 years : Porn and masturbation are the main reason why I was a failure for 7 years. I remember I was a bright child with hopes about the future, but all that vanished when Manu showed me porn at the age of 12 and taught me how to masturbate.

    7. Beta behavior : Watching some other (ugly) guy fucking the girl that I'm attracted to while I masturbate to them is pathetic. That makes me a fucking loser.

    8. Quitting porn and masturbation can CHANGE YOU : I believe the secret to success is quitting these pernicious habits for good. It's very true because members of r/NoFap and other forums claim that quitting porn and masturbation completely changed their lives.

    9. Unhealthy : I'm very unhealthy because I'm unmotivated to get my ass up in the morning and workout. I'm unmotivated to get my ass up and exercise because I already gave up my energy to some bunch of pixels.

    10. Porn kills love : Can't say much about this but it's true.

Solid reasons in there. It's good that you're determined to stop.
One rule of life I'd recommend you take to heart is: "Don't compare yourself to anyone else but who you were yesterday."
In two of your reasons you describe resentment against other men and how their looks shouldn't warrant them such hot ladies. Apart from the fact that looks don't matter much for women, it is pointless to compare yourself to other men. Children can compare themselves to each other because their lives are fairly similar, but from about age 18 onward our lives become so different in so many ways that any comparison is simply wrong.
However you can compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Focus on improving yourself. Ignore the others. Not because it's "easier" (it's not) but because it's right.

Other than that it's great that you've articulated all the reasons to stop. That will help you a great deal.

    All the best.
