I have successfully completed 30 days no PMO for the first time ever In my life. This is a great milestone in my life as I continue the Journey, my goal is to complete a 90 day reboot and not ever go back to P. I first discovered PMO when I was 12 years old, I am 22 years old now. So I know the Journey is going to take awhile for me to heal. My use for pmo got bad when I finished HS using it almost daily a stress relief for a bad day or reward myself from a day's work, having no idea what I was doing to myself. Just draining the life right out of me. I was avoiding people, quit hanging out with friends and going out. Thats when I knew this is absolutely no way to live. I was feeling depressed all the time and it started to effect how I worked. I went out to a Camp job earlier this year for 16 days and in those days I had access to No PMO and that was life changing. Keep in mind this is before I knew what Nofap was. In those 16 days I discovered how much energy and full of life I was when I came home. But eventually overtime I relapsed and fell into a bit of a darkness. That's when I started doing research on Semen Retention and came across NoFap. It's was a struggle for me at first having trouble even doing a couple days let alone a week seemed impossible at one point but with the help of Nofap and god I have reached my highest level and The only way is up! I am starting to enjoy life more, being more social and my work performance has improved alot. Im working on improving myself everyday. It's becoming a lifestyle for me free from PMO. But I am far from done and will keep fighting everyday to become the Man I know I can be. Stay strong brothers and sisters and together we can overcome this evil addiction! Remember to meditate everyday and keep yourself busy.

Not sure why this went underappreciated. Thank you for posting.

Really great job on the 30 days. That's life CHANGING man. Good job! I know it isn't easy. I remember being inside of those first few weeks. Not easy at all. Keep going, my friend.

    Glad you are here :)
