My Problem

    Like I said in yesterdays post, I relapsed on day 8 and also fapped today. When I was in the shower thinking about why I relapsed again it came to me (no pun intended lol) I have a secret social media account filled with dirty pics and videos that I just like to look at..... That later results in fapping. I decided to deactivate that account a few minutes ago. I'm hoping this will help me beat my 17 day streak of NoFap

    Every time you relapse write down why you did and what you can do to prevent it. Usually there are many factors, I am sure deleting your account as you suggest will help.
