My recovery process

So yes, I was in the Newbie section, and I think this part of the forum is better to post my every day "struggles" or "accomplishments" (Just tell me if it isn't...!)

So: I'm on day 4... haha... That's not quick... My goal is to stop forever, but I will stop posting here after day 100! (I don't want to annoy you longer! ;P)


I like the rule Notice/Admire/Move on. I apply it a lot, it helps I think!

I have talk with my girlfriend yesterday, we were that close to breakup because I lied to her about pornography and other things... This was one of the worst day in my life... But it's ok, at the end, she supports me and wants to give me a chance... I'm so happy we haven't break up.

I see that I have to change a lot of things in my life, and pornography is not the reason of all of them, it is more the consequence of something deeper, I think about my identity. The first stoplight be to forgive myself. (Pardon, I'm not sure about the translation, I'm French)
