my religious up bringing. not aloud to connect with women in any way at all.

after 3 years of not one look at porn i am going in a new direction. a direction of wholeness, and no s with my hand, only connected, i have deeep problems because of my up bringing, i was not aloud to connect with women, do you here me? even in my 20's i was living at home, and not aloud to connect with women

 

i am not even just talking about s here. i felt like i was not alowd to even talk to them.
