MY RESOLUTION FROM NOW ON

from today untill the end, i will not doing PMO Again.
I KNOW THIS HABIT is the worse of all addict
u may been addicted to some alcohol,smoke,games or another bad habit
BUT PMO REALLY DESTROY OUR LIVE, AND MAKE US FEEL UNHUMAN, cause its makes us cant socialize with other, anxiety, and feeling like a hell in world, even hell isnt even come yet
SO I WILL MAKE THIS RESOLUTION, AND PLANT IT ON MY SUBCONCIUS SO UNDERSTAND, IWILL NOT PMO TILL DAY 90 AND I WILL BE FAR BETTER MAN
