Hi everyone! First post here but been following for a while. Just wanting to share my experience and see how it compares to other people's.

So I'm 26. Been jacking off since 13 pretty much everyday with some days reaching 3+ ejaculations. It didn't massively affect my life. I did a lot of things I wish to do in my life, travel, live abroad, have a good job, ambitions, motivations. I also have a stable mind. I've been meditating for about 4 years now.

But one thing that did suffer was my relationships. I didn't lose my virginity until I was 24, only had my first relationship late last year that didn't last long. I see now that doing PM, I lost motivation (or never had it) to go get a real girl.

Since I stopped watching porn and masturbating on 20/3/18 my motivation to go on dates and try and get real girls has sky rocketed while other areas of my life, that didn't necessarily need immediate improvement, have also dramatically improved too. I now realise what sexual energy is. And for someone who is into spirituality, energies, meditation etc this realisation has been mind-blowing. I wish I had found it so much earlier. So for me, that's been the main improvement for me.

The urges can be fucking strong but with exercise, meditation, yoga and keeping busy the sexual energy can be moved into other areas of life.

I never had a wet dream until about 30 days ago, since then I've had 3. Including one last night. I don't see them as a relapse as it's clearly a natural release.

I notice my libido comes strong and then weak in waves. These last 10 days have been strong as hell (noticeably since I was rejected from a girl I'd been on 3 dates with - this isn't a coincidence). Fortunately I've been able to avoid a relapse and don't see one coming any time soon. I think my previous meditation practices are really helping with this.

One thing with wet dreams though. Do all adults who are going through a dry spell and not masturbating have wet dreams? Or are wet dreams a part of the brain rewiring and I can expect them to reduce in number the longer I go in this PMO journey? Surely monks don't keep creaming the bed - but I guess their meditation helps avoid it but it must happen!

So just wanted to share my experience and introduce myself. Good luck everyone! The benefits are real! My mind feels completely changed after these 66 days. But I am one horny bastard and I feel sorry for the girl I next have sex with, cause that ain't gonna last long!!

Wet dreams help get rid of excessive semen in a natural manner. Wet dreams during reboot may be all over the place because your body isn't use to not fapping for a long time. Many of us here have excessive wet dreams due to this (some people had like 4-5 wet dreams in a week or 2) but I believe eventually they will even out. No one can predict when one can have (or not have) wet dreams but eventually the body and mind will get used to nofap and so will wet dreams.

Meditation raises sexual energy up as opposed to down when we fap, have sex or watch porn. I believe it is the sexual energy that becomes divine energy as it moves up due to meditation. When this happens, you may touch some blissful moments in life which are not usually experienced by people who never meditate.
