naltrexone to treat addiction?

Have any of you used naltrexone or know information about it to help treat porn addiction. From what I've researched, I know it has been proven to work with other addicts like alcohol and drugs, and there are a few studies for sex addicts.

This is how it works: You take the drug before you engage in your addiction (masturbating, drinking, etc.). The drug somehow works by blocking you from receiving the pleasure of your addiction. Eventually, the brain stops associating your addiction with the pleasures it used to feel.

Does anyone know more about this? Or any way to get this prescribed in a secret way so no one finds out?

I have it prescribed for various addictions, I take 50mg on work days and 100 on non work days (cause more temptation) it helps me have less urges for food, porn, and alcohol. You could def get it if you say you have an alcohol addiction, with porn they may not understand so you can lie if you need to.
