Natural Testosterone Boosters and Reboots

    Hello everyone! I have a question. I've been using 3 products in the past, to boost my testosterone levels naturally and it worked wonders but the effects were temporary because of my PMO addiction messing up all the hormones in my body. :p

    They are called ''Pine Pollen in pills, Pine Pollen in liquid and Stinging Nettles''.

    My trainer at the gym, really suggested me to add them to my diet and it made a lot of sense because a lot of people use them at my gym, my trainer do and they all felt extremely good benefits. Raging libido, over-the-top testosterone levels, better muscle gains, more confidence and there are a ton of other benefits but I forgot. lol

    These products are extracts of plants, used by asians for over 1000 years and completly natural so they're entierely safe. I often heard asians add lots of plants to their diet and the fact they live very old and in great health makes me think it's not coincidence. Looking at the guys in my gym, some in the 40's, claiming to feel as if they were 19 again, it makes me want to restart the holy triumvirate, as I like to call it. XD

    Which brings me to my question, do testosterone booster mess up reboots? Those are not chemical boosters, they're extracts from plants found in the nature so that part doesn't bother me. The one that does, is that I already took them in the past, I know how I'll feel in theory. In practise, the effects can only be amplified because of the reboot because no pmo means more testosterone. Last time, I was horny all the time lol, which makes me hesitate to restart the Pine Pollen and Nettle Roots.

    Would the extra testosterone benefit me during the reboot, where I be able to avoid pmo despite being horny all the time? :p The way I see it, it might keep me from hitting a flatline but I'm not sure, I'm no scientist and we're all different.

    In the end, I'm not even considering the products for NoFap, it's for all the health benefits and better muscle gains but at the same time, I don't want to sabotate my reboot.

    I think for many of us the problem isn't testosterone at all. I had my blood levels checked while I was freaking out about all this, and my test levels are fine, it's our brains that are messed up right now.

  3. It's hard to tell, I'm guessing they would stimulate more urges though I could be wrong. It interests me; can you talk about your past experience taking them? How did it change you?

    My first post and I'm going to do the journal later today. Just wanted to answer in this thread cause this is something I have some experience from.
    I'm afraid you are flushing your money down the toilet. "Natural testo boosters" are something bodybuilders used back in the day when they got of a cycle and didn't have any natural testosterone production, cause of the shut down you get from steroids. To get the production working again. The most common ingrediens is tribulus terretseris. Wich have shown to have some effect on the sexdrive. But new studies have shown that it doesn't have any effect on your testosterone production what so ever.
    The products you list seem to be a mix of something else though. But you would probably get the same effect from eating carbs before you go to bed or intermittent fasting. There's allot of diffrent foods that boost testosterone to some degree and also should have about the same effect or even more depending of if the product works or not.

    I don't think you are considering this but I want to say it anyway. If you are considering doing steroids you will not be able to stop faping. It will be the only thing you do outside the gym. I speak of experience. :)

    You are correct, PaFappa the Rapper but like I said, if I want to take these plant extracts, it's more for health benefits and better muscle gains. :) If I can get more, out of my training, without sabotaging my reboot, I see no reason not to do it. Afer all, I haven't met a single person yet who doesn't want to get the most out of his training. :p

    It made me hard as ****! LOL Seriously, I'll be honest with you all, before I did these products, I had all the symptoms of porn-induced ED. I could get EXTREME erections for porn but even for girls at the gym, I was somehow having what I'd call soft half-erections. I think I got, 2 raging boners in 2 years, without the products and that was because you could see EVERYTHING through the girls leggings. :p With the plant extracts, I must have produced testosterone in massive doses because my libido was back and it was over the top! Though when I stopped (because you can't do more than 2 months in a row, you gotta cycle for 1 month), my ED came back and it been that way ever since. :/

    Mmh, I am not so experienced in carbs before going to bed and intermittent fasting, could you elaborate on those? You picked my curiosity. :) You're right about nutrition playing a vital part in testosterone production. I should mention I've been with my trainer for 2 years and through experimentation, we found a diet that gives me optimal results. We optimised the calorie intake, the proteins, the vitamins, all you want and were not of my porn-induced ED messing them all up, I truly believe my testosterone/libido would be more optimal too.

    The more I read your post, the more I realise I mixed 2 things up XD and the products I listed, are like you said, something else. ''Natural testo boosters'' are what I took last summer to get the production working again. I can't remember what I took because I have trouble remember names in general but yes, I did steroids last summer so I can speak of experience too. :p The plant extracts are something else.

    But thanks for the reply and the support, it's very appreciated! Just out of curiosity, what do you have in mind when you say ''a lot of different foods''? I could tell you if I'm already consuming them. :cool:

    I did some research on this and a lot of times what they consider normal isn't normal at all for someone of a specific age. The range is huge and it is based off a wide variety of aged men. One guy asked the ages of the subjects and one was an 80 year old man. So yeah 350 might be in a normal range but who wants to compare their swimmers with an 80 year old man. Maybe I can find that article...

    I will break it down for you;

    1) if you get horny with pills will you relapse - you're actually asking us this. Unfortunately you are the only one that can provide an answer to this because it's your dick and you're in control of it

    2) have you ever wondered why guys do weights and make shit gains? I will break it down for you...

    A) poor food consumption or fatty food
    B) poor form and wasting too much time on tedious exercises ie doing 4 sets of curls when you also train biceps with back...
    C) lack of sleep
    D) and this is the big one - poor testerone due to fapping or too much sex

    3) i been training on and off for years and didnt make good gains at times i did eat lots. But on my recent nofap streak my nutrition has not been great but i noticed better gains due to more testosterone

    4) i have taken M1T in the past in 2006 and I did get horny as fuck but this led me to more MO - WORSE i used to get severe stomach cramps

    Why harm your body more and more when you can naturally produce the stuff? We already harm it with PMO and you want to harm it more with testosterone pills?

    I do note that you say it's from "plants" but just think about it if you wrote "it's produced in a lab with xy side effects" would you buy it?

    Never trust medicine on the Internet you don't know where it's produced or whats in it.

    Testosterone is like calories - if you burn them you will have less if you dont burn you will have surplus. Ie your Dailly need is 3000cals to gain you need 4000 per day. If you do massive workouts you will be losing weight due to not consuming enough calories.

    I may sound harsh but it is the truth!

    1) You're right. I believe I can handle it. If you don't believe in yourself, you've already lost the fight. I was rather wondering if the pills would keep neuroplaticity from doing it's work, in some way. Now I realise, if I don't commit pmo or think about it, the answer will be no. It will make it harder for sure, due to more testosterone in my system but I believe I can handle it.

    2) Right again. A) I used to not eat enough 2 years ago, we then progressively increased my calorie intake from 2500 calories to 5000 now. B) is very important. I take the heaviest weights I can handle without altering perfect form. If I do, I lower the weights. It explains why some people are more muscled than me but I'm stronger. :D C)I used to only sleep 7 hours per night but noticed better gains with a solid 8 hours of sleep. Just one hour more but in my case, it seems to make quite a difference! D) This must be the root of all my problems, constant daily/2 times a day fapping to porn for 14 years ...ouch. I had some months where I went from 136 pounds to 181 pounds in 2 years, which is excellent but I believe, with my optimal diet, iron discipline (minus fapping :p) and constant training, I could have gotten even better results if not for porn addiction.

    3) Yes, I did notice I have more strenght and energy, since starting NoFap. Tomorrow my trainer will weight me, take my measurements and even if it only been +-1week, I'm really looking forward to the results of my reboot. I heard I'll get a 45% increase in testosterone around tonight (7 days), that's great! :)

    4) Yeah, that was not better.

    I understand, you make good valid points and I'll take all that in consideration. I can live without the extra testosterone, it's rather that I'd like to have all the other healthy benefits those plants bring... I'll think about it some more. Thank you very much for the reply. :cool:

    Dude be very careful on this "plants" thing! You do know many testestorne and steroids are banned in many countries particularly developed countries and companies advertise shit as "natural source" ie plants herbal etc!

    Drugs grow on plants... are they good for you?

    5000 cals... i done that too last year gained nearly 20lbs in 3 months. Arguably you could say its fat... as you don't give the muscles enough time to develop let alone gain solid 20lb of muscle.

    For a few pounds of muscle you dont want to damage your liver or other organs due to taking crap.

    You could say these plant pills are like taking erectile dysfunction function pills... you have a raging boner with them...

    I have taken a break from eating lots as it can trigger me to MO. Once my streak is complete i will then restart the eating as hopefully will have learnt self control of sexual urges.

    I realised the two didnt go hand in hand and i made changes to stay away from triggers ie eating too much particularly carbs.

    I do and that's so true. It's like Aspartame and Acesulfame-Potassium, companies advertise it as ''not sugar'' but it's as worse if not even more! :p I was drinking Crystal Light until recently and when I stopped, I felt the difference. I was feeling hyper when taking it, now I feel much more relaxed. :)

    Yeah, in 3 months, it's way too fast. In my case, it was over the course of 2 years and I never gained more than 2-3 pounds per month, which is around what I saw on the Internet. I gained a little fat but it's minimal, I was at 7.29% when 152 pounds and now 8.41% at 181 pounds. :cool:

    No doubts, that's why I'm taking more time to think about it.

    That makes sense. Carbs can become a true aphrodisiac, it's a double-edged weapon.
