    So i have a problem atm

    im now close to 30 days no pmo but im wayyy to horny
    Like a few days ago i talked with a girl and just got a boner from having eye contact
    i dont even know why because thats not even something sexual like looking at an ass or something i also get a boner just because a girl hugs me or like sits close to me
    and i feel like i cant touch my dick because i get a boner so fast plus i feel it when i get a boner that it would be enough to like stroke a few times and i would cum

    so i have a question
    will this ever stop ?

    also i thougth about just fap (without porn) now even doe i dont really want to but just to not be this horny or that i dont relapse to porn

    what you think would that be a good idea ?

    also i relapsed once also like without watching porn and i didn't felt like i relapsed like i was just a little bit relaxed but not more that was on my longest streak of 5 weeks

    MO before the end of your reboot is bad. It can be a slippery slope.

    Sounds like your reboot is coming along well, almost too well. The biggest issue is developing a good sexual relationship with a real person through breaking with PMO. Porn ruins normal sexuality in a variety of ways.
    Some young men feel like they need to lower their sexual drive with an occasional quick, porn free, MO. It seems like 90 days PMO free is a good basic reboot for many people. Many married people do 30 days of hard mode, and then finish their reboot with occasional marital O.
