    Hey guys, just got back from a night out, where I talked to a lot of beautiful girls. Every time after a night out I have a feeling that I want to fap. Something in speaking to blonde girls just make me want to fuck so bad and I don't have anyone to fuck when I get back home so I jurk off.
     
  5. makes sense. I had that happen when I used to go to a strip club. Dont' really have a solution for you, if it is worth it to you just bite the bullet. I reccomend just coming here to nofap instead of porn and start reading some of the content. This literally just helped me at this moment as I am fighting urgers right now.

    Find something that grabs your mind, something new or something you already like to do and keep busy until you sleep.
