Need some advice on EDGING

    I am on day6 of nofap and I edged on Day4 and Day5(edged for 1hr) but I am still getting attraction why? And if it is counted as relapse should I relapse for real and start my badge to day0 (I said to relapse for real because I am observing days and tomorrow is my day 7 where I should have 45% extra testosterone) .

    Firstly you need to cut out edging full stop. Edging for 1 hour is essentially bathing your brain in dopamine for a long period and is the most damaging thing you can do so personally that is a hard reset for me. Good luck man! It's hard but even just 3 weeks has totally transformed my day to day life so it's worth it.

    Thanks bro, but I relapsed intentionally and now I am feeling good. Now I will start it again without edging.
