Need to Get Back

  1. Hey guys. I've found myself straying on a big tangent the past week or two and my PMOing seems to be getting worse and worse. Do you guys have any tips for getting into the right mindset again, and really getting back on track? Because I'm not doing very well right now...

    Where are you, and what are you doing, when you slip into PMO?
     
  3. Typically the living room, after being on my laptop for a long time (not on bad stuff) and I just find myself looking up stuff. I made a chart at one point, with my weak points and activities, and such. I should probably start consulting that again...

    Try setting a timer whenever you get on the computer. Make yourself leave for 30 minutes after you've been there for 50% of your "at risk" time. By that, I mean if you start looking up porn/porn-subs after 3 hours, set your timer for 1.5 hours.
