New here/ app suggestions?

Hello I am new here. I have been using an app to monitor my progress and have reached over 50 days without porn. But now that I've read a bit more about the subject here, I've noticed that progress doesn't really count because I've been reading erotic stories instead. Since the app for this community seems to no longer exist I wanted to ask if anyone knows of an app where you can define your own goals. For example, I would like to do no pmo but with the exception that, for example, karezza, "play" without movement typical of masturbation, etc. is allowed....
