    I started NoFap 4 months ago and after so many urges im still on it but i am worried little bit because 1 and half month passed and didn't have any nighfall is it okay????

    Thanks mate, there are number of thoughts was going on my mind and my brain was giving me different reasons to start porn again but now all okay.I never wanna go in that life again.
