New in this community and I want to change

Hey guys, I just joined to this community thanks to an article I readed on the Internet from a guy saying he found a lot of help here for this issue (or sickness) and I want to see if I can get the same help, I think I really need it, I have a serious problem and every advice you can give me would be a great help.
