    I have just joined NoFap today. I am looking for help to stop this horrible vice once and for all.

    Porn addiction has been in my life for the past 4 years. I constantly promise myself that I am gonna stop. However, I only manage streaks that consist of a few days. Two years ago I had managed 100 days clean but then I relapsed. Ever since then its been all porn week in week out.

    Nowadays, I don't even manage to make one whole week without watching porn. During weekends, I am spending a lot of time at home and this doesn't help. I have never told anyone about my addiction. I try to block porn using different means however this hasn't worked.

    Gongratz for joining the forum! Im sure you will get the support you need from here, it's painful to be alone with your addiction and not to be able to talk about it with anyone - you've made a good decision by coming forward with your issue :)
