New to this and First Time

    Hi,

    So I finally accepted that last night I use porn excessively. I have had problems with ED in the past when trying to have sex. So I have decided as of last night to stop watching porn, which as I know is very easy to say in the moment that that is what you are going to do, so we will see how it goes.

    Ontop of this I am also trying to loose weight which I am finding difficult so lets see if my will power is strong enough!

    Lets see how this go.

    You made the first step! Excellent job, soldier!

    I think there are some synergies between NoFap and losing weight. After a few days/weeks of NoFap you'll probably feel that you have more energy - put that into working out! In return, a strong work out in the evening can get you tired enough to fall asleep quickly, before any urges even come up.

    Of course, completely normal. Your brain thinks "Hey, it's time for my quick fix of dopamine!" but you gotta wrestle that thought down! Keep yourself busy. Start playing an instrument, meditate, read, do sports - or in order to pursue your goal of losing weight: get informed about healthy diets, find low-calory recipes you wanna try out or something similar in that direction. There are millions of things to think about instead of P, and most of them are more interesting and definitely more important.
