New to this website - Been struggling with this for years

I am a (Christian) 25yo Male that has been struggling with this off and on for many many years now, ever since I was (unfortunately) exposed to it at a young age. As I've gotten older, I've become more desperate in wanting to break this cycle once and for all. I feel ashamed and embarrassed to still be fighting this temptation as an adult, even though I know many other adults who struggle with it.
I am currently averaging about 3-4 weeks of sobriety in between relapses, which is a lot better than what I used to do years ago, but just today I relapsed (after 28days) and it had me wanting to check out this website and maybe seek out some help.
