Newbie and quite anxious.

    Hey! I am a highschool student with high level of stress and I've been addicted to porn and masturbating. So... I'm just starting. I really want to be free of my addiction, get rid of it and become a new me! But unfortunally im still struggling with those 'urges' - I feel gross calling it that way, just as I feel afterwards, especially because I started very, very young. There are times that I can't sleep without doing it every night and it is frustrating! I feel ashamed and I'm willing to change. How can I even start?

    You've already started.
    We all start on day one. You're in the right place. So much to read here and so many good people who will support you and encourage your growth.
    Consider getting an accountability partner and starting a journal. Post updates in your profile. You'll soon find that you've made some friends and have a community of women and men here to support you.

    That is what I have experienced on NoFap and I hope that you get even more out of this.
