No amount is healthy

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, Mar 1, 2019.

  1. Do not let the industry tell you "most people can moderately look at porn and are fine."
A little bit of poison might be better for you than alot, but poison is still poison, and is never good for you.

-I've spent all of 2019 PMO free: And some days are still so god damn difficult that I can not believe it. -Pornography fuels lust, making commitment and compassion in relationships difficult for the human mind.
-I was never an all day addict
-I was never unable to get women
    -I was never anti-social or paranoid/recluse
Look at what it's still done to me.
4 years now. 4 years trying to completely remove porn from my life, and great strides have been made, but still every week i get intense urges that i have to battle with consistently.
    Sounds like heroin
    Sounds like alcohol addiction
    wrong it's porn.

You know why most people believe they can occasionally use porn and be ok? Because they have never attempted to quit, and are oblivious to how deeply rooted in their minds it is.
That's not freedom. They're slaves but they don't know it. At least on NoFap we're aware

    NO AMOUNT IS HEALTHY.
    NO AMOUNT IS HEALTHY.

Don't justify a one time use. Don't think you can become a "normal" porn user. Normal and porn are oxymorons
