No more slacking off. (Self improvement log)

    I would hardly call anything on the list an achievement, this is about building new habits, which has a cumulative effect.
    Checklist for today (Day 24) :emoji_heavy_check_mark: :emoji_heavy_multiplication_x:
    • :emoji_heavy_check_mark:Get out of bed at the alarm
    • :emoji_heavy_check_mark:Drink 8-17 ounces of water
    • :emoji_heavy_check_mark:Shave
    • :emoji_heavy_check_mark:Eat breakfast asap
    • :emoji_heavy_check_mark:Supplements
    • :emoji_heavy_multiplication_x:play with cat

    • :emoji_heavy_multiplication_x:Complete duolingo lesson.
    • :emoji_heavy_multiplication_x:Clean room

    ADDED: Drink 8-17 ounces of water upon waking.

    REMOVED: Stretch, use the inversion table, and dead hang, as I do this every time I work out (4-5 days a week) and see no benefit to doing it every day. And I'm not doing it anyways, so what's the point of having it on the list..

    Well, there it is, 30 days.
    Conclusion:
    This really didn't make me more productive, but that's not the point. I feel that certain habits, such as shaving, and keeping my home clean, have stuck to a certain extent. Only time will tell if they stick, but they came naturally and i feel good about it.
    I am torn between waking up at an alarm, which can leave me sleep deprived, or waking on my own, which can make me feel lazy and perhaps deprive me of time in the morning. I am thinking of perhaps setting an alarm for my bedtime, to ensure I get enough sleep.
    I may a thread on goalsetting, but i don't know yet.
