No morning erection and night ejaculation

I started the nofap about 21 days ago and from then I don't get any erection in the mornings. Earlier I used to get morning erections about 2-3 time a week but now nothing happens. Does that mean I am not recovering well?

And also I haven't masturbated but then also I don't get natural night ejaculations which normally people have if they don't masturbate for some days. A few days ago I was also having slight pain in my lower abdomen area.

So , whats happening with me? Is sperm is not being made inside my balls or sperm is going to other part of my body? Is it something really serious or I am just overthinking?
