    I am not sure but maybe it began with a joke of a youtuber or a meme that got viral. I dont think it has anything to do with the nofap we know

    It is not just NoNutNovember there is a challenge for every month it just happens that NNN is the most popular in public.Also NNN is used to promote NoFap to public.But the main goal is to teach as many people of bad sides of porn
