I have been seeing porn since more than 5 years and slowly started masturbating since then.
I really wanted to stop this bad habit, but I wasn't able to do it. There was once a time when I hadn't fapped for more than 5 months, but my weak mind fell and have been fapping along. Atleast I have been doing daily which was draining my confidence and energy. Now I wanted to turn my behaviour.

It was a gud intro in nofap website on what influences a person to fap and analogy of sugar and fruits made complete sense with excessive Masturbating with Sex.

I decide to quit pornography because it ain't real and doesn't help in having natural and enjoyable intimate relation with your partner

Rebooting Parameters are PM.

I have observed one weakness, i.e if I stop fapping for a few days and break for once, I continue to fapping for couple of days and can't control in stopping the behaviour which is like eating lot of sugar that satisfies your tastes rather than keeping you healthy.

I hope I tried many ways in overcoming this habit. I believe the only way is to be strict, disciplined no matter what. Even if this forum may help or not.
