It's like a pain in the penis that's flaccid, it doesn't feel sexual desire and I have like a dopamine that I feel in my brain if I accidentally saw something stimulating

I just kept masturbating to porn, even though I didn't feel like porn, I masturbated out of habit, not impulse

    I don't think it's a medical problem, it's related to porn addiction

Well you are in the right place. Nobody can tell you how long it will take or what will happen at a certain point. You just have to commit to healing and your recovery. Take one day at a time and also keep your mind free from fantasy, yes you might have sexual thoughts but don't engage with them and create things from them. Do your best to just ignore them. Healing takes time, just keep making better choices every day and try not to worry about things, it is not helpful for you. Just commit to healing and living a life away from P and engaging in lust. You will get better over time, the body knows how to heal. Eat well, exercise, look after your mental health and engage in a spiritual life. Things can only get better long term by choosing recovery.

All the best. Take action and worry less.
