Hey all, I'd like to get your opinion on whether or not this was caused by an addiction to masturbation and if so, if completely cutting it out will correct it.

Basically I started masturbating to movie sex scenes at the age of 12 or so, then around 13-14 moved on to soft core porn and from there quickly to the videos prom hub had to offer reaching an average of probably masturbating 4-6 times a day for a few years. Throughout this time I started noticing that orgasms were significantly less powerful and enjoyable, and that I needed manual stimulation to keep an erection when masturbating (but not during those random erections thought the day).

Throughout these years (I am now 21), there were several times where I got intimate with girls and either suffered from ED or if I did get erect, felt close to nothing while receiving oral and went soft during intercourse, or I stayed hard and orgasmed but felt nothing.

Until now I attributed this to alcohol and performance anxiety, but I am no longer sure.

For the past several months I've tried to cut back on masturbating, and I now have no urge to watch porn etc., however once I do break I tend to go on binges for several weeks at 4-6/day once again.

Do you think this is indicative of masturbation addiction and what do you think I can do to improve my sensitivity?

Thanks in advance, it really does mean a lot to me.

P.s.-could this be death grip syndrome? How does one fix it?
