no sex addiction

    Hi,

    If you managed to abstain from PMO for a long period of time say one year, Should you have to have real sex in order not to go back PMO? or you can survive without sex

    How? has anybody done it before?
    BTW, I was able to change my mindset during a 6 months of abstinence from PMO, but unfortunately, ever since I relapsed I kept relapsing and I doubt being able to survive without sex. Because If I abstain again at some point the need for having sex will popup!

    Many religious stays abstinent their whole life. You won’t die by not having sex, that’s what I want to say. But you need to have something to take it’s place. If you spend your whole life constantly thinking about sex, that’s will be really difficult.
