NoFap’s impact on sexual performance. Opinions wanted please.

    Hello fellow Fapstronauts,

    Looking for a bit of advice / opinion really.

    I am single and so NoFap for me is, by default, hard-mode. That doesn’t particularly bother me though, although I did say to myself that if I meet a woman in the meanwhile and can have sex, then I will - kind of a reward in a way for actually making more of an effort with woman, being more sociable and ‘’getting out there more’’ as opposed to saying at home and fapping as I could be more liable too if I lapse into my comfort zone.

    So good news, through pushing myself to go out and socialise more through my NoFap journey, I have got quite close to girl I know and to cut a long story short, it’s very likely we’ll have sex this week - a fact that I can attribute partly to NoFap :)

    Only one problem here though, well a potential problem anyway, as you can imagine from the number of days on my badge, my horniness at present is ridiculous, I feel like I could fuck a brick in all honesty and my dick is ridiculously sensitive. I’m quite concerned that if I do get intimate with this girl, what exactly can I expect in terms of performance? I genuinely fear premature ejaculation could really screw this episode for me - like simply touching it will cause it to go off.

    So this is what i’m looking for opinion on really …. have anyone of you been in a similar situation and if so, did it turn out to be anything worth worrying about, or should it be something I need to be aware of as an unavoidable consequence of the NoFap process maybe?

    I appreciate everybody may well have differing experience of this also and so i’ll only get an answer at the time, but i’m keen to hear your thoughts anyway.

    Sex was awesome both times with my wife! One about 8 days after no PMO and the second time was about 22 days no PMO and 10 days since the last time we had PIV to O. The last time was mind-blowing! I didn't have any PE. But what I do is give her a full body massage with massage oil and all and by the time we are ready she is all hot and ready to go.     Anyway...

    Ingenti, do you know if you have ED? Do you know what happens with people and ED?

    Answering those questions will be quite helpful to get an understand on what to expect. How desperate are you to get with this woman? Would you tell her that you have ED (you dont need to say Porn Induced ED), just in-case something happens. I know I've made a woman feel worthless because of my ED, I never knew I had it or what it was at the time, I also thought it was cause I wasn't as attracted to her.

    If you really care about her, maybe explaining that you had ED and that, maybe you'll O very quickly, or not be able to O at all. If something does happen, you could destroy a potential relationship with her just for the sake of not being honest. Really have a think about it. If you struggle, do not fall back on imagining P images or videos, and don't try and reconstruct something that would help you get off, cause it wont.

    Also, if it does go well. Remember the chaser effect. This is what ruins most peoples records. After you have O'd, you will experience urges for possibly three days after, maybe shorter or longer... we're all different.

    I hope you won't mind me giving a woman's view of your potential problem. Sometimes we don't mind if you O quickly, it can be quite complimentary. Of course, if that's the end of your stamina, there may be some disappointment. But if she likes you, it probably won't matter much. Especially if you're hoping for a relationship, you can say, "lets go slowly" and if you O on the first touch, you can pleasure her in the manner of your choosing, til she's happy:) you don't have to go all the way, every time. Anticipation is a massive turn on, so if you only play together rather than have sex straight up, you leave something for next time and don't have all the pressure on you now. Best of luck!

    Thanks for the responses guys and I sure hope it didn't make anybody fap - certainly not my intention :)

    Also it was great to hear a woman's opinion M L, so thanks for that :) If you ask me, the whole male-dominated NoFap community could do with more input and reflection from women perspective.
