Nofap and it's health issues

Hey guys ever since I stopped Masturbating which was about a month to 2 month ago, I have been having health issues.

At first my penis was dead , I wasn't able to erect for three weeks I wasn't able to erect but after some time I can now erect even harder than before but nowadays my penis hurts me after erection.Also my right groin hurts sometimes not only this but I do also have Urinating issues like sometimes frequent urination, burning sensation when urination.

Am just wondering is anyone of you has this Proplems after stopping Masturbating.
