I read that people with abstinence cure varicocele. I read on this forum, and on reddit, that people who practice nofap for a long time see a big difference in their varicocele. I want to switch more people on this topic, people who already had experience with this topic, people who don't watch porn and don't masturbate for more than 100 days, let's open a big discussion.
