So welcome readers to my thread, i want to unzip the high and lows during my rebooting,
i have tracked my walking steps daily with an app, also my journals are from day to day, i have noticed i entered hell of withdrawals after day 60, check images to see what i talk about, around month 1/-2 nofap was the best you see months benefits and overall feeling goes in bows per months per day you feel mood swings etc its normal but overall in months you have high and lows, currently day 85 of hardmode and im the bottom of hell the hardest flatline and withdrawals i ever got but this does not demotivate me,
i hope for others who are in the same train as me don’t relapse and dont give up! Think in decades not days, we more we overcome and rewarding ourselves by days on actions the easier it gets on the long run
