im surprised there isnt some sort of 10 step process to gain control over an internet a phone addiction with NoFap its basically just no porn at all phone and onterent addiction is a tricky one
I would say just approach as any other addiction, and follow up any sort of program and procedure out there to address addictions, even the nofap approach applies, first, limit the usage, no phone other than for calls or absolutely required things, then, identify your triggers, identify the emotional nuisances related with said triggers, break the urge-action-reward chain, etc.... All addictions, albeit they have their differences, are essentially the same at their core.
