Hey guys, I just wanted to share my story of why I'm here and how I'm doing in NoFap so far. I tried a few times in the past and without success, but something happened last week that really kicked my ass and made me accept reality. I had dates with two gorgeous girls (separate nights) and managed to pull both home. I had some serious connection with one of them but she was losing interest because I hadn't banged her. Anyways, long story short, I had serious ED with both of them, and they both lost interest, leaving me with my dick in my hand. After that last fap last Tuesday night, I decided to do NoFap and fix this shit before it really ruins my dating life. I think this became a problem when I broke up with my last girlfriend, I don't remember having any ED with her or before that really. I watched way too much porn and pounded off multiple times a day. Haven't looked at porn or been interested in masturbating after that last week though! Wish me luck gents!!

Made it to 12 days or so and relapsed unfortunately... I'm now two days in again and looking to keep this streak going again. I felt pretty shitty about myself after pounding off so I really don't want to do it again until I know I can have proper sex with women again.
Look at it as a reset oppose to a relapse. Not all progress has been lost if you only masterbated once. But stay vigilant and fight for change! A better you is around the corner brother.

Don, how old are you by the way? I read thorugh your post and noticed that you mentioned fapping multiple times a day. Around last year, I started fapping after a 6 month period of abstinence. Just this summer, ive started binge fapping, which is when I go around 3 weeks of no fapping, and then rub 5 faps out consecutively. Its taken a HUGE hit on my libido, because previously I could feel it afterwards, but now im like a zombie bro. Also, did yo unotice any of your hair thinning or falling out? I have, and its pretty apparent...do you think that one can recover if they stop fapping?
I don't think fapping and hair loss are correlated, you should probably talk to a doctor, I know there's meds that can help with hairloss. I'm 31 and don't have that problem yet, my libido is higher than ever since I'm hitting the gym and going on lots of dates these days.
