nofap used to be a joke, i believe it should not change.

 

But Nofap isn't only revolves porn. It's about sexual and masturbation addictions in general.
I don't see what's wrong with "Nofap", its short, catchy and to the point.

 

Fapstronaut is appropiate? sound like a Porn Addict that fap during a Space X Mission.

 

Care less about the names and labels.

 

It's copyrighted, I don't think it's gonna change Though I personally agree, I've always thought it sounded super childish and not serious.

 

Of course a lot of members are younger, but at the same time with the more serious content it could surprise people if they just read it and then those two facts right there indicate the diverse demographics of the site.

But yes it won't change.

It should be something like sex regulation because there's also monkmode which has been known/popular for a long time in this community and recently the introduction of a3bstinence/celibacy for life section on this very forum.

But calling the forum sexregulation.com would cause a lot of struggling people in here to say the word sex more often than they can manage : ))

 

Sounds good to me. Addiction is a serious issue, but learning to deal with it without a smile on your face would be a mistake.

And look at the slogan! "Get a new grip on life" is as absurd as ingenious!
