NoFap journey: Celibacy: Hard Mode

42 days ago I stopped touching myself down there unless I need to pee or wash or inspect myself.

For 3 decades I have been a slave to sex from porn to masturbation to illicit sex with so many that I wasted so much of my vital force for just few moments of ecstasy.

I realized that my excessive masturbation before my marriage turned me into a spineless loser who was not man enough to make the right choices. I began to feel lost and confused - I did not feel that there was any meaning in my life - all that I had to look forward to was to jerk off.

I have decided to throw in the towel after walking out of my marriage of 3 months to a narcissist.

Now I have chosen to abstain from sex - a time of celibacy ( a sexual sabbatical of sorts). I want to experience sexual sobriety and know the real power that lies within me. I have taken a 100 day NoFap Hardmode Challenge ... Let's see how this goes

I am so eager to experience my unlimited potential. I have read so many testimonials on this site and feel so inspired to make the next 20 years of my life meaningful.

I want to learn more about how celibacy is working for other guys out there.

Chastity is great ambition - I wish I chose that virtue earlier in my sex life. Now abstinence will serve to help me build up my energy and strength so that I may be successful in other areas of my life. Retaining my semen will be my saving grace - I am ashamed of the way I have abused my self sexually. Time for a break. Celibacy is the hardest thing I have attempted.
