You gotta want it bad enough brother. Why do you want to quit smoking weed? Your reason for quitting HAS to beat out your urge to smoke 100% of the time. Dig deep man, Find out those reasons why you want to stop and remind yourself of those reasons. If you find you keep smoking even with these reasons in mind, then you need to sart being honest with yourself, and ask if you really want to quit or not. You can do it, if you want it bad enough.

Today I am feeling like i have no dick..its limp like hell. i dont even feel it there,.....is that a normal symptoms of nofap?????...I'll be honest here I did almost no research before jumping onto nofap it was may be one or two tedex videos and an hour or two of NoFap reddit and it was clear to me I was a serious fap addict since last 20 years and i showed allmost all symptoms of excessive fap. So basically limp dick is cause of concern for me. also No matter what I will continue with NoFap ,,limp dick dont scare me I wasnt using it anyway since last 5 years.

Physiological alterations. Before I relapsed I had a similar thing for two days. After that I woke up in the morning with a hard-on. An experience that I had not had since I was about 13.

How do I join in a challenge?

I just registered for this much-needed forum, and I would also like to participate in a 90 day challenge, but I am unsure how to do so.

Go get it. Ive been able to break my weed habit for a while now, around a couple months. I don't drink because it makes me feel depressed haven't drank since I turned 21 in September. Rapping is that one thing that is so hard to get rid of. Lets do it though. Relapsed today after 14 days. I wish everyone the best of luck.

Don't wait until the bag is empty to quit, just give it someone who wants it.
You have to use the motivation in the moment, instead of procrastinating quitting.

Haha I am still in the game......and strong...I have had no urges to watch porn and I am amazed at myself because I was a 22 years old hardcore addict. Unfotunetly I am still smoking weed..:(

and some subtle changes in myself that I find.

I have started noticing more girls on the street and also see them noticing me...noting fancy though. but before I use to run away if I ever saw a girl checking me out..LOL..haha

and I have little more energy and I am becoming less and less procrastinator by each passing day because i dont fap anymore...

ok I am still smoking..and feeling miserable....however I honest to god have almost forgotten about masturbation or porn. Even if I am doing nothing I do not have any desire to fap or watch porn. dick has reduced considerably in size and never gets excited. I think this is the flatline you guys were talking about. I have swollen knuckls cauz I've been beating the shit out of my boxing box . and I do get random mild erection and think about fucking but I can now easily and very quickly divert my mind..I cant say I have gotten any better even if I have all that chronic weeed smoking is doing no good whatsoever...I am ashamed of myself for still continuing to smoke. bye all..will report back as soon as I can. Good luck.

    Summary:
I have 16 successful day of nofap.
I have failed miserable for 16 days in my attempt to quit smoking
I need to re stratize my whole plan and contine working toward my goal with more heart.

21 days hahahahah...3 Weeks I cant believe i did this at the moment i dont have any superpower(s) and atm i also dont care I am amazed and extremely happy with my self for not fapping or watching porn or any thing close for 21 days....and I am a freelance web developer and designer I am home alone and work on computer all day willingly...lol..so yep 3 weeks done...12 more to go....although I'll be honest here that I have seen spots on my pants that I sleep in and spots are really big...so no doubt I have orgasm'd but neither do I remember wathing any secy dream or anything ..so yeah...just letting all know.

    On Smoking/weed

I am a quitter since last 20 minutes:mad: and just logged into forum and see my tracker showing 21 days have inspired me enough that I think my resolution to not smoke is stronger than ever.

    On Fitness + Nutrition

I did 15 minutes meditation after 30 puspups + 1 hour yoga and some crazy stuff with the punching bag yesterday:p and I am going to do the same today. I will be making a proper fitness+ nutrition plan soon and sticking with it for 90 days. I want 6 pack abs in 90 days thats my goal. I have only once in my life for 5 months have engaged in some planned excercise regime when I was a student in scotland and I got fit enough to look at myself in mirror and feel good about my body. So I am not a newbie in this field I know How hard i need to push myself and that is very hard so Give me all your wishes...

I will be sharing my pics soon. related to my fitness goals...
