'NoFap' within the feminist umbrella?

I believe a lot of men maybe are undertaking NoFap as a way to enhance their 'abilities' and/or 'personalities'. However I view it within a broader movement of a sea change against how men are lead by society to see women as objects. I see myself as wanting to change or be true to how I see women. I see women as equal to myself and it makes me scared how not only in porn but in the media in general the way women are treated and I don't want anything to do with that. So I think if you are looking for inspiration this I believe is a great place to start. Not viewing porn is just the beginning for me.
