    3 years of struggle, with 2 full one months, followed by epic binges with a couple of times a day. It's hard, we know it's hard otherwise we would not need this forum. But I cannot overlook it anymore. Fapping made my life horrible for the most part and I know this first date of the month is the next "NEW" beginning, another excuse if you will filled with new hope. It could be a new excuse, but my motives behind it are still pure and it could manifest to the vision I want - first February, then 90 days then for life!

    I'm with you on this my friend. This is my first proper attempt ever. How's it going for you?

    I'm now 12 days in & mostly feeling good- the urges are still strong although I have managed to replace several hours of idle wanking time with working out and socialising, but.... the blue balls are now becoming a problem. My balls have been aching for the last 3 days now & I've thought about nipping to the bathroom and bashing one out as quickly as possible without porn just for relief, but I want keep to my original goal which was to hold off until at least the end of the month (minus porn.) Blue balls are starting to be constant & earlier on today they actually interfered with my gym session. Sitting down on the bike, bending over to do deadlifts, crunches and squats was all causing pain which did not subside fully until bedtime. Even now, the pain is still present. Have you found the same? If so, how do you deal with it?

    Actually i relapsed every single day of february so far, don't be like me. This thread was just empty words.
