Here I am Keeping On The road

 

I'm in! Already on day 9, hard mode here. No PMO. No sex. Also approaching this spiritually as a gay man. Already taking cold showers. I want sex to be intimate, I want to be able to O during intercourse without having to touch myself. Day 9, energy is WAY up, and I'm feeling really positive. I came to NoFap after seeing an Ayurvedic specialist who mentioned I should abstain from masterbation. I started doing research online and came across the site. I was blown away by how many guys are doing this. I've already wanted to not watch porn and masterbate and this is the first time I'm attempting. Single, hard mode all the way, hoping some of this energy can be used to fix the financial crisis I'm in. I have a very strict meditation practice as well. Looking forward to the other side. Going to make it 90 days, then hopefully a year.

 

Just celebrated the 4th over here in the U.S of A. Time to free myself.

Hey,

It's my first time so i think i'll go for two weeks of no porn and no masturbation. By no porn I mean no enticing images of women what so ever (I guess this is the general rule but i wanted to clarify ).

Another failed month for me... Hope August will be better. Feeling positive again

 

Stay strong man! It's been my first month taking the challenge. I failed the 30 days also, but managed to identify my triggers and to reduce my PMO/week ratio. Small improvements here and there. Trying to get the life I want and that I see myself in.

Try to work on what you want in life. You should forget about porn by working on other areas of your life.
