    Hi friends,

    I am extremely frustrated by my everyday PMO habit (+ running behind women, cigarette smoking, drinking alcohol, and coffee, running behind women). I feel soo horrible after that with low self-esteem and worth. I have determined to quit it, once for all. So, I have pledged to do a 90 day PMO. It would be really helpful if you could help me and/or join in my attempt!
