As I don't like going to a toilet to do it, or always have to have a tissue or something at hand, it just helps me that tiny bit not to M. For girls though, it's so easy to just put your hands down your trousers wherever you are, so the treshold to touch yourself is much lower. So I applaud the women om nofap even louder than us male heroes.
