So my GF says that she has never experienced that a man isn't aroused by her and that her last BF told her that he becomes aroused like instantly when he would have seen her (because he knew they will have sex). My ex told me similar story, like that she never had problems with guys not being able to get an arousal. So my question is: do you feel aroused the moment you are in company of a girl you will have intercourse with or are there strict conditions that needs to be full filled firs that then makes you aroused?
For me, it changes on a daily basis. Some days I can't get enough of her and other days I just can't be bothered to even think anything in sexual nature. I guess that's quite normal at least this tender age of nearly 40 of mine. Some days you just aren't "in the mood", and it's totally normal. If it continues several weeks, then you might want to ask yourself some serious questions about your feelings towards her and your relationship overall. Arousal problems are usually signs of deeper insecurity about your feelings towards her or some other mental block that prohibits you from getting aroused for her. As Obi-wan Kenobi once said... well, I have general low interest in RL sex... true, I was porn addict, but never the less, usually I'm not aroused at all, like completely uninterested and would become aroused only when I would go and watch porn which I did because the orgasm would relax me... So I'm concerned that my lack of libido won't be fixed by nofap...
I'm having exactly same fear. Give yourself some time, finish your 90-day reboot and see whether things get better by then. That's what I'm doing at the moment, and at this point (day 49) it seems to be working. My arousal and therefore also my erections has become stronger every week. I have strong believe that I actually might be able to perform quite perfect when I reach that 90 day mark.
