Not aroused by porn

    Hello

    I would like to know if people experienced a loss of arousel when going for their daily routine, becore quitting P.

    Before I was anticipating, getting an erection while walking toward my computer.

    In the last 4 years of my daily PMO routine, I was not aroused like before.
    I had to start M while being flaccid to get an erection.

    This is what I want to heal from.

    After 1 month of no PMO I cant tell if I made any improvement in this matter.

    Hi LeBlanc. Well just keep staying clean no matter what. If you relapse it will delay the healing process. So staying clean is your best bet.

    This has been the same for me for a very long time also. Years even... not sure how long.

    I can’t remember the last time I got an erection without actually having to masturbate first. It’s been a long time. So in reality all my erections for quite some time have been “forced” so to speak. I would have to watch Porn and then touch myself to get it up.

    Time to fix this.
