    Hey so I've been watching porn since like 3 or 4th grade, currently 26, and suffer from PIED. I'm trying to go 90 days without PMO and cutting out the porn has been easy AF. Haven't watched since Valentine's Day, however the masturbating and orgasm part is another story. Have masturbated 3x in the past week and I'm looking for some tips to stop so I can reboot
