    Last year, I started Sober-tober, where I abstained from alcohol for the month of October. This year, I am going to add porn and masturbation abstinence. Because alcohol so often leads to my use of pornography and masturbation, I am optimistic about the challenge! Last year, Sober-tober left me feeling much healthier, to the point where I almost didn't want to start drinking again (and indeed I cut down significantly...for a short while).

    Here's to a life changing month!
