    I noticed that I always looked for the solution in other people, they should help me. But only I can help myself. is a very painful realization and path but also liberating.

    Honestly, people may walk with us, but nobody will walk for us. It is your/my life and I/you have to live it. The sooner people realize it the better. I realized it late, but I am glad I did.
