I am on my way to an engagement at a social and emotional intelligence institute called the Wright Institute. I completed the Year of Transformation. I just hope my social anxiety is down. It's been a week and since combining mpo realm with my social realm my anxiety had been down. Also been diagnosed with PTSD at therapy this week so knowing the symptoms had helped be understand my daily challenges better ( I had an abusive childhood). I just hope my anxiety is down once again. I'm developed a " going" problem because of pmo and also sometime my gaze is at peoples crotches on when I get nervous.
