im currently on day 1 to 2 in nofap
but im done with this bad habit, it is really take a toll in my body.
so im done with this
i will doing nofap from now, and i will proof to the my friend,family, and anyone that i can being a better man, a man that has a bright future, a man that can make my parent proud to have me
