Streaks dont mean jack shit if you do not replace bad habits with good ones and overall do not seek out for improvements in your life.

There's this misconception about how much streaks you make etc. NoFap is not about hitting a 90 day mark and suddenly becoming a superhero its about changing your life and its position to the better.

I've hit 400+ days, yet that doesnt mean anything comparable to the things i have gained in the process through discipline and hard work.
You may not see the point, if one day you'll relapse either way, right ?

However i do, and let me tell you that i dont want to be in the same place i was a year ago. My life has many problems, i am just very glad that porn is no longer one of them.
